Toledo Bend Fishing McDonalds Big Bass Splash Tournament
Everyone knows about the annual McDonalds Big Bass Splash Tournament! If you do not know about this fishing competition, you’re missing out. They give away over $440,000 is cash and prizes; however, this year $500,000 was awarded! This all happened May 20th thru the 23th.
Results in day one were wild! Twelve places are paid each hour, and each day an extra $5,000 was awarded to the first 3.00 and 4.00 exact weight bass registered. Anglers will enjoy $155,400 in hourly paybacks and the top five anglers at the conclusion on Sunday will receive additional prize packages, including the Sportsman’s Package that will be awarded to the overall winner. It will include a 2011 Dodge Truck, Triton Bass Boat powered by Mercury, equipped with Minn Kota, Lowrance, Navionics and Power Pole. Below are all of the daily results.
